Doodle coats, extra-large dogs and heavy coats are quoted at a coat check, before any work begins.

A tidy usually carries a coat comfortably to its next full groom. If your dog doesn't need one yet, we'll tell you.
No bath or full-body haircut. If your dog would be better with the Bath Ritual, we'll point you there instead.

Not every wire coat is ready to strip on every visit, and the work follows the coat. Jessica will tell you honestly before starting, even when that means coming back another day.
