The visit

- 01 Arrival The van parks at your door and opens as a warm, quiet grooming room. No car journey, no waiting room.
- 02 Settle & coat check Your dog meets Jessica and settles. Coat, skin and temperament are checked, and you get a clear quote before anything starts.
- 03 The groom Bath, dry, brush and styling, paced around the dog in front of her. One dog, one appointment.
- 04 Aftercare Your dog walks straight back inside, and you get practical notes on coat care, comfort and the next sensible visit.
